How do subscriptions work?

Subscription plans are targeted at weekly content creators and businesses who need a higher volume of renders. When you visit the order page with an active subscription, you'll see how many videos you have remaining for the month (or visit the Billing Page).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your dashboard or email support@intromaker.com.

What happens if I need more videos one month?

If you use all of the renders included with your subscription, additional videos can be purchased with a 50% discount applied ($3 for 720p, $6 for 1080p, $9 for 4k60 at current prices). If you need a higher volume of videos or need to share videos between multiple accounts, reach out to support@intromaker.com and I can build you a custom plan.

Do unused videos roll over to the following month?

No, but I'll keep an eye on usage and will consider that for the future. I started these plans at 4 renders/month, but my goal is to strike a nice balance between making sure the system isn't abused (see the question below) and providing enough value to make subscriptions worthwhile.

Can't I subscribe for just one month and get a bunch of videos for cheaper?

Yep, just make sure to cancel your plan on the Billing Page. It would be super helpful and kind of you to drop me a note at support@intromaker.com and let me know that was your intent all along instead of letting me think Intro Maker didn't meet your needs in some way.

Can I pay annually?

Yes! I'm still working on rolling this out wider, but annual subscriptions are now available at this link.

What payment methods do you accept?

Intro Maker accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you store my credit card details?

Intro Maker never stores your credit card details on our servers (I can't even see them!). Stripe (our payment processor) handles the entire transaction via their specialized web payment service.

When do I receive my video?

As soon as your payment is processed, your video will go into a render queue. Videos are rendered in the order they are received. For 720p videos, expect to wait about an hour. For 1080p videos, expect to wait up to two hours. For 4k60 videos, renders can take up to eight hours. Once your video finishes rendering, you'll get a download link in your email. Please keep your video safe as Intro Maker servers will only keep them for 14 days.

What about refunds?

If you're unhappy with your video, I'll ALWAYS replace your video no questions asked. There's not really a way to "return" a video after render services have been performed, though, so refunds are usually given only in the case of major render error or if you accidentally order two videos. For subscription plans, cancel your plan in the billing portal and email support@intromaker.com. Subscription refunds will only be offered for the most recent invoice, and only if there is no usage during that period.

Who handles payments?

I use a third party bank payments company called Stripe to handle our payments. Stripe is a globally renowned, PCI compliant payments processing company and uses the latest security techniques to keep both our customers and us safe.

What kind of security is there?

I have 256 bit security across the entire website using SSL. You can confirm this by checking your browser URL bar and confirming that the domain name starts with "HTTPS." Stripe uses the latest, bank-level, security techniques and is PCI compliant to ensure maximum security of payment details.
